Eligibility Criteria

• Only participants who have fully completed the survey are eligible.

 

Selection Process

• Winners will be selected randomly from eligible participants using Gleam.io.
• If selected, you will be required to provide the following details within 24 hours of notification:
  • Full shipping address for the gift
  • A recent photograph
  • Phone number
  • A brief quote regarding your expectations from the report

 

Disqualification
You will be disqualified if:

• You fail to provide the required information within 24 hours of notification.

 

Prizes
Prizes will be awarded to winners upon receipt of the required details. Prizes will be shipped to the address provided by the participant.
